Description
Group yoga asana (physical practice) classes that expose you to the daily spiritual practice and lifestyle of yoga, union of mind, body and spirit.
- BeBeForYoga Asana Thursday classes are Thursdays, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm CST, via Zoom.
- Classes will provide education on various aspects of yoga, such as the 8-limbed path, chakras, mind/body/spirit connection, health & well-being, healing and more, and include reflection, discussion and Q&A.
NOTE: New members are charged the monthly membership fee the day of joining then on the 1st of the month going forward.
